[IL2CPP] No C#-to-C++ line-mapping JSON file present when exporting Android project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “1504912_Il2CPPnoJSON” project
2. Click the “Android Build → Export” build option from the menu
3. Open the project’s root directory
4. Search for the “LineNumberMappings.json” file under the generated Export directory
Expected result: “LineNumberMappings.json” file is present
Actual result: “LineNumberMappings.json” file is missing
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a18, 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.11f1, 2023.1.0b8, 2023.2.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.2.0a17
Reproduced on: macOS 13.0 (Intel)
Note:
The issue doesn’t occur when building an APK – the file is present under the “root → APK” directory
