[IL2CPP] [macOS] Build fails with "Sequence contains no matching element" when Xcode application location is not default
Reproduction steps:
1. Rename "Applications/Xcode" to something else (i.e. Xcode1).
2. Create a new Unity project.
3. Go to Player Settings and set Scripting Backend to IL2CPP for macOS Standalone.
4. Build to macOS.
Actual behavior:
- The build will fail.
- Full error log attached in the edit below.

Not reproducible with:
iOS - IL2CPP,
macOS - Mono
