IL2CPP Lidgren library crash Unity while run in Windows 7
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (IL2CPPProblem.7z)
2. Make sure project will use IL2CPP for building builds
2. Build the project and run it
Expected result: Unity doesn't crash
Actual result: Unity crashes due to lidgren library not compiling properly
Reproducible with: 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.0f2
Could not test with: 2017.1.4p2, 2017.2.3p2, 2017.4.7f1(IL2CPP has not been introduced yet); 2018.3.0a5(Project is not compatible)
