IL2CPP fails when building for WebGL when the project path has a comma in it
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project and make sure it has a comma in its title (for example "comma, test")
2. Build and run for WebGL
3. Unity fails to build for WebGL
4. An exception is thrown in the console - Unity directory + "\Editor\Data\il2cpp/build/il2cpp.exe did not run properly!"
