[IL2CPP] [.NET 4.6] NullReferenceException is not caught in an exception filter

To reproduce:
1. Open 'SmallProject'
2. Build and run Standalone with Mono scripting backend selected
3. Notice that no errors are thrown
4. Build and run for iOS or a Standalone with IL2CPP scripting backend selected
5. Notice that NullReferenceException is not caught in an exception filter and is thrown to console:

'NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at TestScript.ExceptionFilter (System.Object x) [0x00000] in
<00000000000000000000000000000000>:0'

Reproduced: 2017.1.3p4, 2017.2.3f1, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.6f1, 2018.1.6f1, 2018.2.0b9, 2018.3.0a3

    We're moving our tracking of new features in IL2CPP to an internal system, so this will take place at this time.
