[IL2CPP] Can not access Platform settings for Standalone conf when inspecting directly added C++ files in editor
Steps to reproduce:
1.Open the attached project
2. Open the TestScene scene
3. Build and Run
4. Observe the error
Actual results: Editor throws the error
Expected results: Editor should not throw the error
Reproduced with : 2018.1.0b3, 2018.1.0a1
Fixed in: 2018.2.0a3
