[IL2CPP] Building fails when a project contains Pro Builder package
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Using Package Manager, install "Pro Builder" package (tested using version 3.0.9)
3. In the Build Settings, make sure that the Scripting Backend is set to IL2CPP
4. Build the project
-- Building fails.
Reproducible with - 2019.1.0a7, 2019.1.0a13
Not reproducible with - 2018.3.1f1, 2019.1.0a1, 2019.1.0a6
Note: Not tested with 2017.4, since Package Manager was not yet introduced.
