[IL2CPP] Building an empty scene when Slinq is present in the project takes more than an hour
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "Slinq"
2. Open the scene "empty"
3. Build the scene for WebGL "Slow (fast builds)"
4. Notice, that the build is taking a very long time
Notes:
1. Asset present in this project https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/17346
2. Building process seems to slowly grow the Temp folder
