[IL2CPP] build fails with a DLL which has a custom attribute deriving from a custom PreserveAttribute
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project
2. Build standalone player with IL2CPP backend
Expected results: Build complete without an error
Actual results: IL2CPP build fails
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0a5, 2018.2.0f2, 2018.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2018.1.9f1
Regression introduced in: 2018.2.0a1
