[IL2CPP] Build fails on a project that uses IO.Ably.dll when Managed Stripping Level is set to High
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "My project.zip"
2. Open Project Settings window and select Player category
3. In the Player Settings make sure Scripting Backend is set to IL2CPP and Managed Stripping Level is set to High
4. File > Build and Run
Expected result: build completes
Actual result: build fails
Reproducible with: 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.19f1
Could not test with: 2019.4.30f1 (dll error), 2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a7 (argument error)
