[IL2CPP] Build fails due to IndexOutOfRangeException when building with IL2CPP and Script Debugging enabled
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("2020.2.zip")
2. Check "Development Build" and "Script Debugging" in Build Settings
3. Make sure to select IL2CPP as Scripting Backend in Project Settings -> Player
4. Try to build the project
Expected results: The build succeeds
Actual results: Build fails due to IndexOutOfRangeException
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a3, 2020.2.7f1, 2020.3.1f1, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.22f1, 2020.2.0a2

- Reproducible when building on iOS, macOS with IL2CPP
