[IL2CPP][Android] Crash on "AudioManager::ShutdownReinitializeAndReload" with Bluetooth headset pairing



Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Build & Run on Android device
3. Application crashes when the scene is ran

Expected result: crash should not occur when an application is started with a paired Bluetooth headset

Reproduced in: 2019.1.0a3, 2017.3.0a3
No repro in: 2017.3.0a2, 2017.3.0a1, 2017.2.3p4
Regressions since: 2017.3.0a3

Fixed in: 2019.1.0a6, 2018.3.0b9, 2017.4.15f1
