If you upgrade a project with Navigation agent Max Slope set to >60 you won't get any errors
To reproduce:
1. Open the project from case 601887
2. Open navigation window
3. Open Bake settings
Expected result: Max Slope either resets to 60, or a warning is thrown
Actual result: Max slope is set to 82
