IE not detected as supported browser if no plugin is installed
-e: if you never had a webplayer installed IE will not be detected as supported browser
-repro:
--remove all webplayer plugins you have installed
--start the 32bit IE11 (or another 32bit IE)
--go to http://unity3d.com/webplayer
--NOTICE it says unsupported browser
--download the plugin from that page
--install it
--go to http://unity3d.com/webplayer
--NOTICE it now shows the plugin version you have installed
