Icons/Previews show up blue
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new 2D URP Unity project (just to have the Tile Palette window available)
- Open Window>2D>Tile Palette
- Observe the tool icons
Note: This reproduces with 2D asset previews, Package Manager icons and some other random icons. Reproduced with SRPs and with the built in pipeline.
Note2: Hovering over the icons will redraw them correctly.
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a20
Not reproducible with: 2023.1.0a19
Expected result: no icon/preview issues
Actual result: Some icons/previews turn blue.
Platform tested: Mac OS
