[IAP] Purchasing MigrationCleanupTooling window title is not user friendly
The title given to the MigrationCleanupTooling window is "UnityEditor.Purchasing.MigrationCleanupTooling"
Which is not user friendly, refer attached video and screenshot.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project.
2. Window > Package Manager > In App Purchasing > Install
3. Window > Unity IAP > Click
Actual Result:
The title given to the MigrationCleanupTooling window is "UnityEditor.Purchasing.MigrationCleanupTooling"
Expected Result:
The title given to the MigrationCleanupTooling window is user friendly.

Will not fix.
If you use the newest version of IAP (anything above 3.0.0) this feature is no longer available.
