Humanoid Translate DoF offset incorrect when used through Timeline (in contrast with Mecanim)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Scene TimelineIssue
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the two models on the left side (particularly when their hands come into contact with their faces)
Expected result: The DoF setting produces correct results (the character's hand is offset correctly as it is in the Mecanim version)
Actual result: The DoF setting does not produce correct results (the character's hand is offset too much as it goes through the character's face - screenshot attached)
