Windows Build Support is not visible on opening the "Target Platform" dropdown list in Hub.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Unity along with Windows Build Support(Mono).
2. Create a new project or select an existing one.
3. Close unity editor(only if a new project was created).
4. Open HUB.
5. Select the Target Platform dropdown list for the respective project.
Actual Result:
Installed Windows build Support is not visible.
Expected Result:
Installed Windows build Support should be visible.
Reproducible on:
2020.1.0a11, 2019.3.0b9, 2018.4.12f1(LTS), 2017.1.5f1
Environment:
Mac 10.14.6 and Linux (Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS)
