[Hub] Unity Hub doesn't detect an invalid path when the path doesn't contain a colon
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Open the Preferences window
3. Set the Unity Editors Folder path to "NotRealPath"
4. Go to the Installs tab and click ADD
5. Select any Unity version and proceed with the installation process
Expected results: the installation fails because the path doesn't exist and an appropriate warning is shown
Actual results: the installation appears as successful but any attempts to use the installed Editor fail
Reproducible with: 2.3.2, 2.4.1
