[HUB] Unable to sign in using HUB on Windows
Unable to sign in using HUB on Windows. It keeps shows the following message "You are currently not connected to a network. Some options will be unavailable" even though the internet is connected to the system.
Steps to Repro:
1. Launch HUB
2. Sign in
Actual Result:
1. Nothing happens
2. The user is unable to access collab projects due to this
Expected Result:
1. The user is prompted to sign-in
Occurring with:
HUB 1.3.0
Working with:
HUB 0.18.1
Note:
From Unity, 2019.1.0a10 it has to be launched through HUB
