[Hub] Two identical HDRP templates are shown in new project creation when selecting 2019.1.8f1 or 2019.1.7f1 version
How to reproduce:
1. Open Hub
2. Expand versions list by clicking on arrow down button (next to 'New' button)
3. Select 2019.1.8f1 or 2019.1.7f1 version
4. Observe Templates
Expected result: No duplicated Templates
Actual result: Two identical HDRP templates are shown
Reproducible: 2.0.2 Hub version
