[Hub] shows missing Unity Editor instance message if additional modules are being added to the same Editor version
Hub displays a missing Unity Editor instance message to all the projects created by the same version if additional modules are being installed to it. refer the attached video
Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch Unity Hub 2.3.0
2) Hub > Installs
3) Add additional modules to Unity Editor version which already has projects created
4) Hub > Projects
Actual results: Projects already created show a message, "Editor is unavailable, download the appropriate version"
Expected result: The message displayed should be something like, "Editor is being installed and unavailable right now"
Occurring on Hub version: 3.0, 2.3, 2.2.2
Environment: Both Windows and Mac
