Hub shows inaccurate storage space when installing a new version or adding components
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Installs>Add
3. Select any version
4. Check your computer space and compare it to what Unity Hub is showing in part "total space available:"
Reproducible with: Unity Hub 2.0.0
Actual results: there are major differences between what Unity Hub total space available shows and what computer itself shows
Expected results: Unity Hub and computer should show the same space available
Reproducible both on Mac and Windows
