[Hub] Selecting "Next" multiple times from Add Modules window opens multiple "End user License Agreement" page
While adding modules to the Unity version from Hub, when "Next" button from the "Add Modules" window is selected multiple times then "End user License Agreement" opens multiple times
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Hub > Installs
2. Select "Add Module" from any Unity Version installed
3. Select Android Build Support > Android SDK & NDK Tools
4. Select "Next" button multiple times
Actual Result:
Selecting "Next" multiple times opens multiple "End user Licence Agreement"
Expected Result:
Multiple Clicks on "Next" button is restricted and a single "End user Licence Agreement" page opens up
Occurring on:
2.3.1, 2.3.0, 2.2.2
Environment:
Windows 10 and macOS 10.15
