[Hub] Project duplicates in the Projects list when adding the same project second time
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. At the top right corner press the Open button
3. Select an existing project and open it
4. Wait for Unity to load and then quit
5. Go back to Unity Hub
6. Select Open > Add project from disk
7. Wait for Unity to load and then quit
8. Observe the project list in Unity Hub
Expected result: The same project does not get duplicated
Actual result: The project appears twice in the Project list section
Reproducible with: 3.0.0-beta.4
Not reproducible with: 2.4.5
Notes:
- Reproducible on Windows
- Not reproducible on Mac

Also all the slashes "/" in the duplicate project path are replaced with "\".
