[Hub] Old files are attached to new bug reports when uploading a file
If you send a bug report with an attachment, then create a new report and add another attachment, the file from the old report will be added as well.
1. Open the Hub
2. Open the Hub Bug Reporter
3. Create and send a bug report with an attachment
4. When prompted, create another report
5. Add an attachment
Tested on Windows.
