[Hub][Mac] Unity Hub Bug Reporter window does not open on top of Hub
How to reproduce:
1. In Unity Hub, go to Profile foldout menu -> Troubleshooting -> Report a Problem
2. Observe the Unity Hub Bug Reporter window
Expected result: The Unity Hub Bug Reporter window opens on top of the Hub window
Actual result: The Unity Hub Bug Reporter window opens minimized
Reproducible with: 3.4.0-beta.1
Could not reproduce with: 3.3.0
Reproduces on:
macOS Monterey 12.3.1, macOS Big Sur 11.4
Does not reproduce on:
Windows 10
Notes:
The issue also reproduces on Mac's Unity Hub application menu -> Help -> Report a Bug...
