Hub lags when switching between tabs
Repro steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Switch to the Learn or Installs tab
Expected results: the chosen tab opens up instantaneously
Actual results: the Hub freezes for up to 3 seconds before switching to another tab (see "191119-112040.mp4")
Reproduced with: Unity Hub 2.1.3, Unity Hub 2.2.0, Unity Hub 2.2.1
