Hub interferes with the MacOS shutdown process
How to reproduce:
# Open the Hub 3.8.0
# Navigate to Apple Menu → Shutdown…
# Observe the desktop
Expected result: Unity Hub closes and the computer shuts down/restarts
Actual result: A message is thrown “Your Mac hasn't restarted because "Unity Hub" failed to quit. To continue restarting, quit "Unity Hub".“
Reproducible with: 3.8.0
Reproducible on: Mac Mini (M1, 2020, macOS 13)
Not reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (10.0.22631), Mac Studio (M2 Ultra, macOS 14), Mac Mini (2018, macOS 10.15), MacBook Pro (Sonoma 14.5), Mac Mini (M1, 2020, macOS 12)
Notes:
* Occurs when selecting in the Apple Menu either “Shutdown…” or “Restart…”

This also happens if I try to quit Unity Hub from the menu (right click -> Quit). It won't close on first try, I have to do it two times.

Why is this a "Won't Fix?" The software is literally breaking the operation of the OS. It's a bad look for Unity, and atrocious software development.

Why wont this be fixed?
It's extremely annoying and is pushing me further from using Unity.
