Hub crashes when playing the "Everyday creativity..." pop-up video
Reproduction steps:
1. Uninstall Unity Hub
2. Open "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\UnityHub"
3. Backup "editors.json" and delete all of the files in the directory
4. Reinstall Unity Hub and paste "editors.json" back into the directory
5. Open Unity Hub and Sign In
6. Click on the video in the pop-up to play it
7. Observe crash

Resolution Note:
