[Hub] Bug Reporter text fields overlap their headers when scrolled
When submitting a bug via the hub bug reporter, the text fields will overlap their headers if the fields are scrolled down. This is most noticable on the "What Happened" and "How can we reproduce that" fields when scrolling down.
1. Open the Hub
2. Open the Hub Bug Reporter
3. Enter enough text in the "What Happened" or "How can we reproduce that?" fields to force the fields to scroll
Tested on Windows.
Occurs on Hub 2.1.0
