[Hub] "Add Modules" function is displayed as active one even all modules are added
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install one Unity version with all proposed modules;
2. When installation finishes, go to "Installation" section;
3. Select the same install Unity version;
4. Click on a cog and select "Add modules" menu;
5. Observe "Add modules" window for that version.
Expected result: In a described workflow "Add modules" menu could be changed to "Remove modules" menu item and user should be able to select a module(s) and click "Uninstall" button.
Actual result: When user selects "Add modules" menu, he gets "Add modules" window, which just displays all installed modules and none other actions he can do in this case. He just can click "X" and close the window.
Reproducible with: 3.4.0-beta.1, 3.3.0.
