[HUB 3][HUB 2][Win11] It's not possible to Uninstall Editor with all of its Modules
To reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub and Install 2021.2.1f1 with all of its Modules
2. Open project on the newly installed Unity version and change platform to Android
3. Build And Run to Android (This ensures ADB starts, if you're on Windows go to Task Manager->Details and find that adb is running, just to be sure)
4. Close Unity Editor
5. Uninstall the newly installed Unity
Expected Results: The Unity Hub successfully Uninstall Editor with all of its Modules
Actual Results: The Unity Hub takes lots of time and fails to completely Uninstall Editor with all of its Modules, leaving the Android Module behind
Notes:
- This issue might be related to Windows 11
- This issue causes failure to install again 2021.2.1f1
- This issue doesn't happen on Hub 2.4.5
- To fully Uninstall Unity Editor you need to go to the Installation path and delete everything manually
- I noticed that this issue also happens on Hub 2.4.5 when using 2021.2.5f1 on Windows 11
- I noticed that during Uninstallation adb.exe is working in the background, even when it's not supposed to
Reproduced on Unity Hub 3.0.0-beta.6
Not reproduced on Unity Hub 2.4.5 until Unity 2021.2.5f1 (maybe it's not the HUB only issue)
