[XR][Hololens] Pixelated shadows are rendered on using Forward Rendering Path
Shadows are pixelated when Forward Rendering Path is used.
Steps to repro:
1. Open the attached project.
2. File > Build Settings > UniversalWindows Platform.
3. Create a build and deploy on the Hololens device.
Actual Result:
Shadows are pixelated.
Expected Result:
Shadows should not be pixelated.
Reproducible in:
2019.3.0a11, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.1.0f1, 2018.3.09f1.
Environment:
Only on Windows.
