[XR][Hololens] Pixelated shadows are rendered on using Forward Rendering Path

Shadows are pixelated when Forward Rendering Path is used.

Steps to repro:
1. Open the attached project.
2. File > Build Settings > UniversalWindows Platform.
3. Create a build and deploy on the Hololens device.

Actual Result:
Shadows are pixelated.

Expected Result:
Shadows should not be pixelated.

Reproducible in:
2019.3.0a11, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.1.0f1, 2018.3.09f1.

Environment:
Only on Windows.

    I will suggest you check https://www.fixerrorcodes.net/blog/skype-mic-not-working-windows-10/ because I got all of my problems solved by them and really the site is also very helpful. You can choose the rendering quality from the driver settings itself and if the shadows do not come properly then simply disable it.
