[Hololens] InteractionSourceState.selectPressed is False when air tap and hold
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project
2. Connect HoloLens to the Editor
3. Enter play mode
4. Air tap and hold
Expected results: InteractionSourceState.selectPressed returns true and InteractionSourceState.selectPressed returns true
Actual results: InteractionSourceState.selectPressed returns false and InteractionSourceState.selectPressed returns true
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0a1, 2018.2.0b4, 2018.1.2f1. 2017.4.3f1, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.3.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2017.2.3f1
