HoloLens gesture interactions not working when using the holographic remoting from UWP app
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download 1064437_repro.zip
2. Change platform to UWP and enable Mixed Reality Remoting in build settings
3. Build project
4. Open Visual Studio solution
5. Build project (Debug, x64, Local Machine)
6. In text field enter HoloLens IP and press connect button
7. When UWP app connects to HoloLens perform tap motion
Expected results: Tap is registered. UI changes from "text" to "Tapped"
Actual results: Tap isn't registered.

XR Management should re-evaluate. This is a big deal for developers in AR.
