[HoloLens] Device selection dropdown version while remoting to device is not available for WMR in XR Plugin Management system

Device selection dropdown version while remoting to device is not available for WMR in XR Plugin Management system. Because of this user is not able to use HoloLens 1 with XR plugin management system while HoloLens 2 doesn't work with Legacy WMR SDK. Refer the attached screenshots

Simulate in Editor option is not available in the "Holographic" window because of unable to enable "Virtual Reality" support in settings

Steps to reproduce:
1) Install support for Universal Windows Platform
2) Create a new project > Switch to UWP platform
3) Edit > Project Settings > XR Plugin Management
4) Install and select WMR loader
5) Window > XR > Holographics Emulation

Actual result: Device selection dropdown version is missing when remoting to the device.

Expected result: Device selection dropdown version should be available while remoting to the device.

Occurring in: 2020.1.0a15, 2019.3.0f3 (d719fa0632c6), 2019.3.0b5

Occurring on XR management version: 3.0.3, 3.0.4, 3.0.5 preview 1

  1. Resolution Note:

    Hololens2 remoting will be landing shortly. HL1 remoting for xrsdk will not be supported.
