HolographicRemoting.ConnectionState is not static
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Copy over example from https://docs.unity3d.com/2018.2/Documentation/ScriptReference/XR.WSA.HolographicRemoting.html into a new script
Expected result: normal compilation
Actual result:
Reproduced on 2018.2.0b3, 20181.0b5
