Holding a button/key does not work isn't detected constantly in Linux builds using 2017.3+
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project
2) Build and run for Linux
3) When it runs, hold Spacebar
Expected: It should show 'true' all the time
Actual: The state is constantly shifting between true and false
Reproduced in 2017.3.0f1, 2018.1.0b13
Not reproduced in 2017.2.0f1
