[hlsl2glsl -> HLSLcc][iOS] HLSLcc Incorrect shader compilation result on devices that only supports OpenGLES2
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached ShaderCompilationError.zip project
2. Build for iOS and deploy the Xcode project to the iOS device
Expected: Both images look the same
Actual: HLSLcc Incorrect shader compilation result (see the picture attached)
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a1, 2018.3.14f1, 2018.4.17f1, 2019.3.1f1, 2020.1.0a1
Reproducible with:
iPad 4th gen (iOS 10.3.3)
iPhone 5C (iOS 9.3.2)
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.2.21f1
Not reproducible with:
iPhone 8 Plus (iOS 12)

My issue is that UI masks don't work on the iPhone 5C using LWRP
I'm using this open-source alternative until this is fixed

Resolution Note (2020.1.X):
This particular case has been investigated thoroughly and we have decided, in the interests of protecting the stability and features of Unity for users that rely upon the affected versions, to not address this fix for the time being. We understand that this will cause problems for some users, and so may address in a future version.
