[HLAPI] Having Online and Offline scene setup in NetworkManager overrides any other existing scenes
Steps to reproduce:
1. open scene 'Main'
2. enter Play mode
Expected: 'Online' and 'Third' scenes loaded
Actual: overrides all existing scenes and loads the online scene from NetworkManager
Reproduced: 5.5.0b7, 5.4.1p2, 5.3.6p6
