[HL2] Spatial mapping mesh is not created when Unity Splash Screen is disabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "MRTKTesting.zip"
2. Open Edit>Project Settings...
3. Disable Splash Screen (Player>Splash Image>Show Splash Screen)
4. Build And Run the project for HoloLens 2 (File>Build And Run)
Expected results: Spatial mapping mesh is created and working
Actual results: Spatial mapping mesh is not created
Reproducible with: 2020.3.25f1, 2021.2.71, 2022.1.0b2
Could not test with: 2019.4.34f1 (OpenXR unavailable)

Resolution Note (fix version 2022.1):
Updated the com.microsoft.mixedreality.openxr package from 1.0.1 to latest 1.2.1 fixed this issue.
I was testing with openXR 1.3.1.
