HingeJoint2D does a weird loop if you change the transform rotation during play mode
To reproduce:
1. Open project Bugs
2. Open scene level
3. Enter play mode
4. Change the Cube's rotation to on the z axis - it's followed by an awkward rotation around the axis until the cube snaps back into place
