[HingeJoint] Connected rigidbody should bounce when reaching the max limit
Steps to reproduce:
- Open the attached project and the scene
- The scene contains a gameobject with hingejoint which is connected to another gameobject
- Press play
- Observe that the object called 'Bar' fail to bounce when reaching hinge joint limit.
