Hinge joint 2D does not maintain its shape, when object's position is near X = 0 or Y = 0 and scale is not integer
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project attached(LinkingIssue.zip)
2. Open scene "PhysicsScene"
3. Press play.
Expected result: All bridges act identically.
Actual result: All bridges on X and Y axis does not maintain its shape
Workaround: Change scale to 1 (current 1.15).
Reproduced on: 5.5.0f3, 5.5.2p1, 5.5.6b10, 2017.1.0a2.
