Higher than 0 Step Offset causes Character Controller to suddenly shift position when colliding with Game Objects
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Play the "Bug" scene
3. Move the Character Controller to the side of the thin platform or the wall using the A and D keys
Desired outcome: Character Controller has a consistent position transition when colliding.
Actual result: Character Controller suddenly shifts position when colliding.
Reproduced with 5.5.4f1, 5.6.0b3, 5.6.1p4, 2017.1.0b1, 2017.1.0b9, 2017.2.0a4
