Hierarchy objects order changes when switching between Sub Scene and Sample Scene
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Install Entities package via Package Manager
3. In Hierarchy create New Sub Scene
4. Save the SampleScene
5. Open New Sub Scene (Assets/Scenes/SampleScene/New Sub Scene.unity)
6. Go back to SampleScene scene
7. Observe the Hierarchy
Actual results: Editor world position is changed when going back to Sample Scene, Editor World GO position is on top
Expected results: Switching between Scenes should not affect Hierarchy object layout
Reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0a1 (7dc703ab9bd8), 6000.6.0a2
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0b4 (e1c9a1593d20)
Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Tahoe 26.4
