Hidden Overlays become visible when recompiling or entering and exiting the Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project "IN_25440"
2. Open the Overlay menu by pressing "`"
3. Hide all Overlays with a toggle
4. Enter and exit the Play Mode or recompile
Expected result: no Overlays in the Scene view
Actual result: Overlays in the Scene view
Reproducible with: 2021.3.16f1, 2022.2.2f1, 2023.1.0a24
Couldn’t test with: 2020.3.43f1 (no Overlays)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro
Note: not reproducible if all Overlays are hidden separately
