'Help' menu has two line separators below 'Report a Bug'
Steps to reproduce (view attached image):
1. Open any Unity project
2. Press 'Help' in the menu bar
3. Look below 'Report a Bug' option
Expected result: there are no line separators below 'Report a Bug'
Actual result: there are two line separators below 'Report a Bug'
Reproducible with: 5.6.0b5
Not reproducible with: 5.5.1f1, 5.6.0b4
