"Height transition" in HDRP Layered Lit shader is not accessible
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-109226_Repro“ project
2. Select the “Test.mat“ Material
3. Enable the “Use Height Based Blend“ feature checkbox under the Surface Inputs section in the Inspector
4. Observe
Expected result: “Height Transition“ Slider appears to set the transition blend size between the Materials in each layer
Actual result: Nothing happens
Reproducible with: 6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.12f1, 6000.2.0b10, 6000.3.0a2
Reproducible on: M1 Max MacOS 15.5 (Tested by CQA)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
